TO GET PAST MISSION 9 GO INTO THE EMPTY ROOM IN THE JEWELRY PLACE NEXT GET YOUR SNIPER RIFLE READY AND CLICK ON THE WINDOW ON YOUR RIGHT SNIPE THE 2 PEOPLE IN THE WINDOW NEXT GO TO THE RESTRAUNT AND RETRIEVE THE KEY NEXT GO BACK WERE I FIRST TOLD YOU AND OPEN THE SAFE NEXT GO INTO THE SECOND DOOR ON THE CASINO BUILDING AND KILL THE MAN IN THE TUX WEAR HIS SUIT THEN TALK TO THE GUARD FINALLY KILL THE MAN IN THE MIDDLE WITH THE LARGE STACK OF CHIPS IN FRONT OF HIM....
