I'll fix your problems.
Door problem = Stop moving, then press space to enter
White screen = Refresh and be patient
Can't save = It's Google Chrome, Use IE or Firefox. -

Nope, Chrome is certified as the best browser, IE is ****, and I don't have Firefox. NOPE, I'LL USE CHROME. -
