To kill the go3lm dash at him then hit him with your fists,then when his helmet is off find a good weapon and shoot him in the ugly head until he doesent die.(note to myself i could beat lucas too btw)

by the Way i know how to Block Knockdown Strikes
1.get up a Melee Weapon
2.Hold Spacebar
3.Wait for the Shooter to shoot
4.Then it Gets Avoided (it may Toss of Your Melee Weapon -
Anyways i beat episode 1.

if your all stats maxed you can only go just whit fists until wave 9 if you a realy ninja guy (the zombie waves) but the arena you cango alone just whit fists you never die
