the Halo was broken in two, though this doesn't seem to have affected its ability. In Madness Combat 9: Aggregation, the Auditor, who survived the explosion, took the Halo from Jesus' corpse and put it on. The Halo then turned red. Early in Madness Combat 10: Abrogation, Hank gets the Auditor in a choke hold and removes the halo which releases normality restoration energy. Hank's wounded arm grows a new hand and he gains a new lightning ability. When The Auditor retrieves the halo again his system begins to reject it (or visa-versa) and he takes his first notable wounds from normalilty restoration lightning. It is unknown whether the halo survived the Auditor's death, or why it only began to affect him negatively after Hank temporarily removed it.
